Don't miss out on Thursday's Beer Dinner (at home)! Our Executive Chef, Dan Sherron, created a special 5-course vegetarian menu, and each dish will be paired each with a hand-selected beer from our Head Brewer, Nick Williams.
This package for two ($75) includes 5 courses and 5 beer pairings (24oz to 32oz of each):MENU
First Course: Carrot Ginger Soup, Cilantro, Pepita Crumble
Second Course: Brussels Sprout Salad, Mixed Greens, Apple, Herbed Goat Cheese, Spiced Pecan, Maple Cranberry Vinaigrette
Third Course: Spicy Citrus Maple Glazed Grilled Carrots, Fried Pistachio, Lemon
Fourth Course: Mushroom Pot Pie, Porcini Caramel, Mixed Greens
Dessert: Butterscotch Gingerbread Trifle, Toasted Meringue

It's time to shake off the cold weather and celebrate Stout Season in style with our friends from Revolution Brewing! Join us as we tap upcoming brews from their limited edition Deep Wood Series in an early preview before their anticipated brewery release!

Ryeway to Heaven (2020, Rye Ale Aged in Rye Barrels) -- Bourbon and rye barrels work together in harmony to breathe life into our Ryewine. This unforgettable ale is brewed with over 60% rye, yielding entirely unique malt- and barrel-derived complexities. Enjoy an ample body that suggests sweetness but still finishes smooth and dry. (15% ABV)
Mineshaft Gap (2020, Barleywine Aged in Cognac Barrels) -- Our Institutionalized Barleywine takes shelter in Cognac barrels for 12 months before emerging imbued with characteristics of one of the worlds most storied spirits. French oak adds character that is subdued but complex as compared to American varieties, making this a perfect beer for the best of times or the end of times. (14.3% ABV)
Double Barrel V.S.O.D. (2020, Double Barrel Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout) -- The absolute pinnacle of our Deth’s Tar lineup, “Very Special Old Deth Double Barrel” sits at the intersection of extremity and sophistication. During the second year of aging, a small number of specially selected Deth's Tar barrels are blended then finished in fresh Weller Special Reserve Barrels and Weller 10 year barrels. (17% ABV)
